Companies are faced with increasing regulatory requirements. At the same time, society's expectations are growing and not everything that is legally legitimate is accepted by the public. Compliance will therefore continue to grow as a subject and now offers long-term career prospects. The Swiss economy is highly globalised and its value chains and products are becoming increasingly complex. Lastly, the expectations of investors, non-governmental organisations, employees, the media and the general public regarding corporate ethics are also rising.
